A Quiet Check is typically ready within 2–3 working days. A Movement Renewal takes longer — usually 10–14 working days — because the work is careful and we don't rush it. Case and Crystal Care depends on what's needed, but 5–7 days is a reasonable estimate. We'll give you a specific timeframe when we look at your piece.

Yes. Older pieces and family watches are something we're familiar with. We understand that some of these watches carry more than monetary value, and we approach them accordingly. We're also honest if a piece is beyond what we can help with.

Yes. The Quiet Check includes a written condition note. If further work seems worthwhile, we'll explain why — but the decision stays with you. There's no pressure to proceed.

We take this seriously. For watches where original patina or subtle finish is part of the appeal, we discuss what level of work makes sense before touching anything. We're comfortable leaving a case as it is if that's the right choice.

We work on most standard Swiss and Japanese movements — quartz and mechanical. Seiko, Citizen, Orient, Tissot, and similar brands are all familiar territory. High-complication or in-warranty pieces from certain manufacturers may need to go back to an authorised service centre, and we'll tell you that upfront.
