Three Services.
Each One Focused.
Quiet Check, Movement Renewal, and Case & Crystal Care — distinct services for different needs, with clear pricing and no hidden additions.
Back to HomeHow We Approach Every Watch
Before any service begins, we assess the watch and record its condition. We don't start a job until we understand what's in front of us. If the assessment reveals something that changes the scope, we contact you before proceeding. The price you agree to at intake is the price you pay, unless something unexpected emerges — in which case, you hear about it first.
All three services below are performed in-house in Ipoh. We don't send work out unless a piece genuinely requires a specialist not available locally — and we tell you when that's the case.
Quiet Check
RM 145
A light service covering battery renewal, a seal inspection, and a gentle case clean for everyday quartz watches. A calm way to bring a resting watch back to life. Includes a short condition note and honest advice if further care would help.
What's Included
- Battery replacement with quality cell
- Crown gasket and seal inspection
- Exterior case and strap fitting clean
- Written condition note for your records
- Advisory note if further work would benefit the piece
How It Works
Watch arrives and is logged with a description of visible condition.
Battery is replaced and seals are checked. Case and strap fitting are cleaned.
Condition note is written and included with the watch on collection.
Ready in 2–3 working days. You're contacted when it's ready.
Best suited to: quartz watches, everyday wear pieces, watches returned to service after storage.
Enquire About This ServiceMovement Renewal
RM 590
A complete service for mechanical watches — cleaning, oiling, and precise regulation on a timing machine. Suited to pieces that have gone several years without attention. We keep you updated at each step and never proceed with extra work unannounced.
What's Included
- Full movement disassembly
- Ultrasonic or hand cleaning of all parts
- Fresh lubrication throughout the movement
- Timing machine regulation — pre and post recorded
- Progress updates at each stage
- Reassembly and case refinement if needed
How It Works
Watch arrives and is assessed. Timing machine reading taken. You're told what's found.
Movement is disassembled. Parts are cleaned. Any worn components are identified and discussed with you before replacing.
Fresh oils are applied to all critical points. Movement is reassembled.
Regulation on the timing machine. Post-service rate is recorded and shared with you.
Ready in 10–14 working days. You're notified at each step.
Best suited to: mechanical automatics and hand-winds, watches serviced 5+ years ago or never serviced, pieces running noticeably slow or erratically.

Case & Crystal Care
RM 350
Gentle refinishing of the case with crystal repair or replacement, easing daily marks while keeping the watch's character. A considered refresh for a well-loved piece. Delicate coatings and vintage finishes are treated with particular restraint.
What's Included
- Case refinishing (brushed or polished surfaces)
- Crystal inspection and replacement if required
- Preservation approach for vintage or coated cases
- Post-refinish condition check and clean
- Discussion of scope before any cosmetic work begins
How It Works
Watch is assessed. Case finish, crystal condition, and any coatings are noted. We discuss what level of work is appropriate for this particular piece.
Case is refinished using the agreed approach — with restraint where the original finish should be preserved.
Crystal is repaired or replaced if needed. Replacement options are discussed with you before installation.
Final condition check and clean. Ready in 5–7 working days typically.
Best suited to: everyday watches with accumulated scratches, crystal damage, pieces needing a cosmetic refresh without full mechanical work.

Standards Across All Services
Logged Intake
Every watch is photographed and described on arrival. Nothing begins without this record in place.
Secure Storage
Watches left with us are stored securely in the workshop, not in open retail display areas.
No Silent Additions
Parts, additional labour, or extra procedures are not added without your prior agreement. The bill you receive matches what was agreed.
Seal Inspection Standard
All services include a check of crown gaskets and accessible seals. We note the result honestly, including limitations.
Honest Referral
If your watch needs work beyond what we offer, we say so and suggest where it should go instead.
Realistic Timelines
We give honest turnaround estimates. If something changes — parts availability, unexpected complexity — we let you know rather than simply going quiet.
